Rizz Arc

METAHEURISTIC

Rizz Arc trains how you talk. You do short timed speaking drills out loud and get a score and one specific tip after each. Everything runs on your iPhone: there is no account, no server, and your audio is never saved.

Getting started

  1. Open Rizz Arc and go to Today. You’ll see the day’s workout: five drills, about five minutes in total.
  2. Allow microphone and speech recognition access when asked. Both are required for drills to work.
  3. Read the prompt, wait for the short think countdown, then talk. A timer and a live level meter run while the mic records.
  4. Get your score out of 100, XP for the skill, one tip, a per-round breakdown and the transcript of what the app heard.
  5. Retry the drill or move on. Track Voice, Charisma, Storytelling and Improvisation on the Skills tab, and practice any drill on purpose from the Library tab.

Rizz Arc requires an iPhone running iOS 26.

Common questions

The mic isn’t working or my drill has no transcript

Rizz Arc needs both microphone and speech recognition access. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition, and make sure Rizz Arc is turned on. Then start the drill again.

Why wasn’t my “um” or “uh” counted?

Fillers are counted from the on-device transcript. Apple’s speech recognition sometimes drops short sounds like “um” and “uh” from the transcript, so they can’t be counted. Speaking a little closer to the phone in a quiet room helps.

Why don’t I see the AI coach note?

The coaching note is written by Apple Intelligence on your device. It needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on in Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri. Without it, you get the standard tip for the drill instead, and scoring works the same.

How do I reset my progress?

Go to Settings inside Rizz Arc and choose reset progress. This clears your scores, XP, levels and streak, and cannot be undone.

Does Rizz Arc save my recordings?

No. Audio is processed live on your iPhone and is not saved. Only your scores, streak and transcripts are stored, locally on your device.
